We only collect the information you choose to share with us through the contact form on this site. This typically includes your name, company, work email address, company stage, and any details you include in your message. We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party advertising scripts on this website.

How we use your information

The information you submit through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and assess whether there is a fit between your needs and the services we provide. We may use your email address to reply to you directly. We do not add you to any marketing list, sales sequence, or automated campaign.

How we store your data

Contact submissions are stored securely in a managed database hosted by Supabase. Access is restricted to the founder of hitsuzendō through authenticated, service-level credentials. No third party has access to your submission data.

How long we keep your data

We retain contact submissions for as long as is necessary to respond to your enquiry and any follow-up conversation. If you ask us to delete your information, we will remove it from our records within 30 days.

Your rights

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate, and to ask us to delete your information. To exercise any of these rights, email andrew@hitsuzendo.com.

Sharing your data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party. Your data is never used for advertising or passed to external partners. The only exception is where we are legally required to disclose information by a court order or similar legal process.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information using industry-standard practices. The database hosting your submission is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to authorised credentials only.
